For sales originating from this website the following terms will apply. For sales originating from other forums including ebay auctions the terms of sale listed there will apply.
  • All items are described to the best of our ability. Pictures are for representation use only and may not be of the actual product.
  • Shipping costs for repaired or replaced items to and from us to you will be shared. You agree to pay for shipping to us and we agree to pay for shipping of the repaired or replaced item back to you.
  • Each auction and/or purchase via telephone, fax or the internet is a separate transaction and requires a separate order from us. As a result of the inherent costs in an auction sale we do not combine shipping for different auctions.

Any item withdrawn from sale, which required a down payment, may be subject to a 25% minimum restocking fee deducted from the down payment. Any item purchased from RoMixChem.com website which requires a refund are subject to a 25% minimum restocking fee deducted from the purchase price (Shipping charges are not refundable).
