Inside/Outside Sales Representative

Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Local Required)

About the Role

We are a leading construction chemical company specializing in high-performance solutions that dissolve hardened concrete and maintain fleet cleanliness. We are looking for a driven Inside/Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You will be the face of products that solve real-world problems for concrete mixers, pump trucks, and construction fleets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through a hybrid approach of inside prospecting and outside field sales visits.
  • Demonstrate our unique chemical solutions (concrete dissolvers and truck washes) to fleet managers and site superintendents.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and account maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline status.

Requirements

  • Education: 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree is STRICTLY required.
  • Location: Must reside locally in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience in construction, chemicals, or industrial supplies is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
