#H-100 1 1/8" Handle Thread Repair Tips, 1 Dozen

The H-100 Thread Repair Tips are designed for 1 1/8-inch diameter handles that have experienced stripped threads or socket damage. 

Rather than discarding aging handles, the H-100 provides an economical solution that restores full functionality in minutes. 

Installation: cut off the damaged threaded end of the handle (approximately 1-2 inches) using a hacksaw, then tap the H-100 repair tip firmly onto the handle shaft using a rubber mallet. The repair tip's internal threads re-establish the socket connection, allowing standard brush head and attachment devices to seat securely. 

This repair method extends handle life by 2-3 additional years, representing substantial cost savings in fleet maintenance budgets.
